See allThis entry of the harry bosch series highlighted the character of Terry McCaleb. The book was equally divided between their two perspectives. I feel it gave another darker version of Harry - when it is only his perspective we have his inner voice that shows his humanity. I enjoyed this book and am happy to be reading the Bosch series again.
Good thriller -kept my attention (which is saying a lot)! I would read more books by Lisa Jewell.
I enjoyed the beginning of this book. It caught me with the first sentence. I really want to see where the book with the the antagonistic relationship with Gideon and Harrow. But the deeper I went, the more confusing it got.
Such a well written book! I picked this book up every free moment I had. Keefe does a great job of telling the history of the troubles in Ireland through the disappearance and murder of Jean McConville. I never got lost in the details because of Keefe's gift of keeping the story alive. I just wish I had someone to discuss the book with!
