Terrence McCaleb, the retired FBI agent who starred in the bestseller Blood Work, is asked by the LAPD to help them investigate a series of murders that have them baffled. I have loved these books ever since I read The Brass Verdict, so went back to the beginning and am working my way through the whole series. This is another that doesn't disappoint.
Story was predictable (which is a surprise really), but otherwise well written like most of Connelly's works.
