i wanted to enjoy this book way more than i did & i'm very sad & feel guilty about it :/
Enganchadísima de principio a fin !!!
De repente da un giro que en ningún momento imaginé. Y más sorpresas. Y más sorpresas... hasta la última página.
Uno de los mejores libros que he leído últimamente!
I'm really glad I read this one! The twist ... just wow. It's crazy good. I'm definitely going to read more by this author. I like her writing style a lot. 10/10 The only thing I would say is that I wasn't sure of the purpose of the last chapter, but it didn't take away from the book. It kind of - almost - left you guessing, which is good but not about anything incredibly important to the story.
Thus starts, and ends, my brief foray into suspense thriller novels. I don't consider it a good use of my time to read a creepy book with unlikeable/unreliable characters, just to guess the twist before it's revealed. It doesn't help that the author punctuates almost every other sentence with cliched statements about life that are nowhere near as profound as she thinks they are. Thank you, next genre please.
Wow!!! This book was something. I loved it, I couldn't put it down. It was really good and I definitely did not expect THAT to happen
Take out the last chapter and the twist of who was in the car/driving the car, and this would've been 4 stars. It's like the author wasn't sure how to end it, so she threw all the ideas in last minute. Otherwise, it was a decent domestic thriller that I finished in one evening.
Not surprised to hear that this is being made into a Netflix show because it reads exactly like one. I guess all the red herrings, cliffhangers, twists and turns are supposed to be clever but they're just exhausting.
Really great twist - made me want to go back and reread to look for the clues. Probably her best so far that I've read.
The ending left something to be desired I don't get how no one realized Amelia was missing also what was the purpose of Sam's pov. Overall even though this book was hard to get into it was entertaining and intriguing. But writing style made it difficult to enjoy because every time something really interesting or suspenseful happened there was a massive letter from the wife which got annoying after awhile because I just wanted to see what happened. I will say though that I didn't guess any of the twists and my jaw dropped
alright, i haven't read a mystery thriller this good in literal years. the causal drop of the biggest twist of the whole book???????? 10000 stars. no need for any other words on this one.
I didn't enjoy this one as much as His & Hers but still a great thriller from Alice Feeney.
I enjoyed the layers of the story in a story, with the letters from each wedding anniversary building them up even more. I was genuinely surprised when the reveal surrounding the letters came up too!
The most interesting aspect of this story was the setting.
The writing wasn't the best, the plot wasn't cohesive, and until 70% the pacing is super slow. It wasn't very thrilling.
The twists were interesting, specifically one of them, but the plot holes stuck with me. There were a lot of far-fetched and convenient details.
This one wasn't for me.

Solid thriller with some fun twists. I got frustrated with it at points and it could have used a little more editing but definitely one I'll recommend in the future.
Nothing revelatory, but solid setting and structure. Diverting enough thriller.
What a fun ride! If you're a fan of the genre you will probably see many of the twists coming, but the journey is intriguing and will certainly keep you guessing because there is so much to unravel.
Well done Miss Feeney and the dual narration from Stephanie Racine and Richard Armitage was EXCELLENT.
I loved this book far more than I thought I would! Rock Paper Scissors has everything I look for in a psychological thriller. I was so curious to figure out what was going on that I didn't want to put the book down and, using the hints dropped throughout the story, I got to sleuthing and developing my own theories.
Feeney gives more clues and information with each chapter, slowly revealing pieces to the whole puzzle. However, the story is so well thought out that just enough information is given
