I am writing this review nearly a year after having read Rewire Your Anxious Brain, but I remember feeling that the book was well researched with a firm scientific backing and many references and recommendations for extended reading. I took some lessons away from it which I still recall from time to time and I do believe that it has helped me with managing anxiety.
