Red Rabbit

Wow, what an amazing read! Read this for a bookclub and was pleasantly surprised. Western/horror is not my usual genre to read, but this book really kept me hooked. Great characters, a unique plot, action, emotion, and a wonderful story! Really enjoyed this one.

I really enjoyed this book. It had a nice balance of wholesome content and disturbing imagery. The historical setting was unique, and added to the interesting plot. Highly recommend!

Chef's kiss. If you like dark fantasy, western - and maybe even quests - you will likely want to check this one out. The writing style reminded me of Kings of the Wyld, without any of the humor and instead with multi-POVs and ghouls, witches, werewolves, and much more. It is very gruesome so if you pay attention to trigger warnings, look those up first.

I really loved this novel. It was such a delight and a very unique tale. It's carefully crafted and well written. Definitely a favorite of this year. The characters are all great and fleshed out and the plot moves along. This story is dark, somber and melancholic at times. Definitely check it out.
