See allwhat a fantastic story. i have owned this book since i was about 14, but im glad i waited until now to read it . i feel like i wouldnt have understood it as well when i was younger . but wow, so many references and what a great story . i would give this 5 stars , but i feel like it was dragged out more than necessary . certain parts was given so much detail that i found it a struggle to power through and read- but im still glad i read it . it really will never leave my mind and i think it is a wonderfully written piece of literature
one of the most underrated science fiction novels i have read in a long time. while the writing style was very unique, it added to the book and to the feeling that the book gave of suspense and tension. i'm so glad i decided to give this book a chance, rather than listen to the countless hateful reviews on this novel. i was initially interested in reading the book because i watched the movie adaptation about 4 years ago and was blown away by it. while the book is nothing like the movie- i still loved it because it gave greater insight into many of the questions i wondered when i watched the film. i'm so glad this book exists- and i plan on reading the rest of the trilogy when i get the chance. amazing book!
Loved it! A quick read and was amazing to see Juliette finally find her self worth and grow into such a strong gal.
woah.... i thought i knew what was going on, until i realized i do not in fact know what is going on
ernest cline is probably the best sci fi author i've ever read books from , and this book was pretty awesome. the only thing i didn't love was the ending - it felt sorta rushed and hurt my heart a little when i realized that xavier actually died and wasn't coming back :( but all in all it was a great book and a worthwhile read :)
