Gostava de poder dizer que adorei, mas não posso.
Não só a escrita é abaixo do mediano (e eu nem sou muito esquisita com a escrita em inglês), também a história deixou muito a desejar. Gostei da personalidade dos protagonistas, mas tudo aconteceu demasiado cedo: a relação deles, em todas as suas etapas, e a partir daí... tudo o resto. Há cenas que me fizeram fisicamente fazer uma careta porque simplesmente não funcionaram. Parece um filme da Wallmart.
É uma pena, porque a premissa é realmente boa e eu tinha algumas expectativas, porque a sinopse me interessou. Mas foi uma desilusão e eu nem tenho padrões muito altos no que toca a romances. Não irei ler mais livros da série, honestamente, e não sei até que ponto voltarei a tentar com esta autora. Logo verei.
