I took a trip with Lady Evangeline tonight to Cairo and what great fun that was! Burglary at the museum, old lovers turned bad... So much fun!
I really enjoyed every aspect of this book, the stories were short and sweet, full of intrigue and possibility, not to mention humorous. I definitely recommend.
Take away the childhood nightmares and the locales and you've got a story I've read before.
I love this series so much! Sarah Andersen has a big message and quirky and poignant voice, I will always look forward to what she puts out next.
One of the very best juvenile books I have EVER read! Clever and witty, with nonstop adventure, I could not put it down! I cannot wait for the release of The First (Endling #2)!!!
I cannot begin to tell y'all how much I enjoyed this novel! I mostly listened to Will Wheaton narrate because I was having trouble getting into it. Once I started listening to Will though I couldn't stop! It was fast-paced, clever, and thoroughly enjoyable. I loved everything about this book. The 80s throw back, the characters, the highly emersive environments, the challenges...it was full of action and adventure and took to me place I could see myself living in (not that Id want to)... Overall cannot recommend enough.

This was a lovely read. Noor is a poetess with the heart and ability to shake your foundation. Her book is filled with beautiful imagery found in both her words and her sketches. I had a wonderful bit of moments reading through this one and would be delighted to read her again.
Loved this, the characters and story were lovely, hard to find fault with it. My only hang up was how similar the base plot was to Authenticity Project.
4.5 This was a fantastic read. An evocative atmospheric thriller with an original plot and plenty of twists. Will be eagerly looking towards my next read by Brendan Duffy!
I'm considering bumping to a 5...months later I still find myself thinking about this one.

It's taken me literal days to review this book... It didn't quite fall into any one category, but held bits of thriller, suspense, and horror. Overall, it was a story about reminiscing, about the power an item holds over you. Much of the book reminded me in style of Stephen King's It, a group of children coming together one summer who experience something gruesome, and the effects of which still hold onto them in their futures. Nothing is ever what it appears to be in this read, you kinda just have to hang on for the ride.
Very enjoyable. Best 5 hour car ride ive had in quite a while! Happy Thanksgiving.π²
Well I didn't see that coming...I'm dumbstruck! The twists and turns in this fast-paced page-turner will keep you guessing beyond the last page! It was great and so unexpected, I hope this is the first in a new trend.
What a strange little book full of strange little stories, most of which I could not make any sense of.

Cute, conflicted with the writing style on this one, merge that with the sickly sweet dialogue, and I just couldn't do it anymore. Finished the 1st choice, couldn't punish myself further with the second.
I enjoyed this book way more in the beginning half than the end; as it became increasingly redundant in both tempo and tale - there were less and less surprises, and the monotony in the staccato voice of the author was a bit much to take.
This book put Hollywood Action Flicks to shame. I cannot say it was a great read, but it was a fast one... Also, can't say whether or not I will continue to read this series, but the curiosity will probably get the better of me. Complete story, but those damn epilogues will grip you enough to continue... hmmm... Nicholas Drummond...
