This book was super amusing in a chcukle-worthy kinda way. It is a brilliant insight into the concierge business, and is relatable to almost any field of work that requires you to put a smile on your face and practice courtesy. Def would recommend to anyone in the service industry.

Very insiteful book. Discusses practicing forgiveness, and responding versus reacting. About exhibiting insiteful behavior, finding the reasoning behind your anger and fears and embracing them. will def be looking into this methodology further.

Won this book in a Giveaway here on Goodreads and feel completely guilty for only reading 82 pages. I could no longer handle the depth of abuse this woman's mother had suffered as a child during the Great Depression. As a mother of four I can attest that any level of physical or emotional abuse to anyone of any age is unacceptable... but what I was reading I found contemptable.

The author's voice came across a bit staccato, the way the story unvails through journaling is unique and almost leaves the role of her daughter unnecessary... Overall I would consider giving this author another chance.

Quirky fun read. Very honest and worth it for a giggle or two.

Loved this so so so much! The postcards displayed in this book are breathtaking, some take your breath away, while others have the potential to break that heart of yours. I would love to go and see this on display sometime! I may just pick up a postcard and send in one myself.

Can't get enough of this series. 6 Word Memoirs are witty, and thought provoking. Found some real gems inside.

I found this book difficult to finish, most if not all of the interactions seemed completely unrealistic and forced. Moving on.

Excellent! Such an assortment of stories, I couldn't get enough. The narrator's were fabulous and perfect for each of their individual stories. I will not hesitate to pick up another of Mr. Hill's books. Such a treat.

Brilliant! I feel inspired just reading this book. Will def be one I return to, to read again and again. Break free and take up your passions and improve the world around you.

This series of short stories was really cute and I enjoyed sharing it with my kids. All of the authors did an incredible job creating stories that stood alone and meshed well in the scream and scream again theme.

Sandra Lee isn't one of my favorite Food Network Stars, but she got me when I saw the title of Money Saving Meals. Inside she had a few good points on how to “dress up” pre made meals, but overall was disappointed at the lack of money saving tips. Oh well.

Enjoyed this book! It was full of inspiration and I found it really down to earth and honest. Would read more by this author.
