I loved The Kiss Quotient and thought Michael was a fabulous hero, but Quan...is simply wonderful.
Anna is deeply scarred and faces many trials in this book and Quan is perfect hero material to stand by her every step of the way.
A poignant romance.

5 stars for sheer entertainment value!
The most outrageous things happen in this novel but it's pure fun.
One of those perfect novels to make you smile.

Enjoyed this with the cast of characters (4 siblings abandoned by their famous singer father) living in Malibu, but if you're not a fan of head-hopping points of view within one page...giving you a heads up.

Absolutely loved it.
A poignant, gut-wrenching story of domestic abuse and first love.
Couldn't put it down.
Highly recommend.

Devoured this almost in one sitting.
It's a slow burn romance that builds the anticipation between Olive and Adam perfectly.
Enjoyed the academia backdrop and the cast of secondary characters.
Such a cute romance!

Devoured this in a day.
My first Lucinda Berry novel, won't be my last.

3 best friends have sons who are best friends too and when there's a fatal shooting, their secrets begin to unravel.
A page turner.

Rachael Johns brings small Aussie towns alive in her rural romances.

Loved the premise of this, 2 backpackers found roadside after a traumatic accident, telling very different stories.
Watching the plot unfold from Hayley and Gemma's POVs was interesting, as each little twist is revealed.
An entertaining story.

I've read most of Sally's books and this one is unlike any of the others.
It's riveting to watch the relationship between Fern and Rose develop.
Fern has sensory processing issues and Rose ensures she's dependent on her.
As the twists unravel towards the end, you won't want to put this one down!

Liked the premise of this one as a retelling of Jane Eyre.
Even though I knew what was coming and could pick the plot twists, I enjoyed it for its compulsive page-turning quality.

Such a fun read.
Loved the chemistry between Vivi and Penhallow.
The magic was cute and relevant to the story.
Enjoyable.

This one had a paranormal edge to it that turned out to be cult based.
Will keep you wondering.

I bought this one on the blurb alone and it was a page-turner.
I really wanted to see how it played out.
So imagine my surprise when it ended abruptly on a cliffhanger!

A slow burn tale with gothic elements and twists galore at the end.

My first ‘how to' writing reference by Rayne Hall (she's written many!) and it was excellent.
A concise insight into gothic fiction, with plenty of examples and assignments to get your writerly brain ticking over.

This is a fantastic dissection of what makes Amazon tick.
I learned so much and I've been published for 17 years!
Worth it for the launch chapter alone.
If you're an indie author, this is a must read.
Recommend.

A sweet read featuring a circus in the small town of Nyringa in rural New South Wales.

Two strong-willed matriarchs, Aunt Alice and Lucien (circus owner) go head to head.

Enjoyed the teen romance too between Finn and Jenny, so cute.
