‘maybe the truth about a person is kaleidoscopic. all the views together make up a prism, which is you.'
this book it's beautiful and it hurts. my favourite parts where the ones about feelings and boredom, I really saw myself in those.
Compared to Stieg Larsson we revealed the plot too early. Anyways, it's a good book and it fits in the series. Almost loved it!
not my cup of tea.
just because
it is
written
like this
doesn't
mean
it is poetry.
some “poems”, as you may say, are nice and talk about things that matter, like the empowerment of black women. I just can't see how some people think these kind of pseudo poetry is deep and meaningful.
didn't like it. however, gave it two stars because it can be better than milk and honey, to which I gave 1 star.
bad. looks like “poetry” written by an artsy and horny 14yo to post on her Tumblr page. I'm kinda ashamed, tbh...
even worse than her other book. i don't even know where to begin. this is bad. this isn't poetry. I don't want to be mean, but this was painful to read.
“The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again: but already it was impossible to say which was which.”
literalmente chorei. não existe revolução sem consciência de classe
I haven't finished reading. it's so fucking boring and I didn't blame the writer, I blame the story itself. just dumb girls and pretty boys...
I want to forget this books as fast as possible so I can read it again. I cried and laughed and cried once more and now I want to know Evelyn Hugo myself. Loved the precious Harry<3
