Lots of research and time was put into this book, and I'd recommend this as an must-read for everyone - inform yourselves about the state of the current food industry, and realize that obesity / heart diseases / diabetes are strongly tied to the Western diet.
Maybe didn't translate to audiobook format, didn't enjoy / resonate as much as I thought / hoped.
Started off like I was hoping, digging into Genghis Khan's life. Halfway through the book it reached his passing then I felt like it was a CliffsNotes summary from his death all the way to the 20th century. Rushed and unfulfilling 2nd half.
