Leah is an alcoholic. However, she could be an over-eater, or a smoker, or she could have any other addition. Leah has to deal with real-life, while also recovering from this terrible disease. I laughed, I cried and I felt I could use some of Leah's strength to work on my own faults.
Some of the issues Leah and her family and friends faced are very emotional and difficult ones. There was not a chapter in this book to which I could have assumed the outcome. I really enjoyed this book! I will recommend it to everyone.
3/9/10: I'm about half way through this book. It's taking me longer to read than expected. I am enjoying the main character, and hope to tell all about her when I am finished reading.
2/17/10: I am so excited to read another new book I won on Goodreads. I hope I keep winning. I love reading books I might not otherwise pick up. And I love sharing the book, and telling my friends and family my personal opinion of the story.
