A great job of setting the scene (landscape) for his fantastic Huberman series (nuts and bolts/strategies) ... in my opinion of course ...
PS - Another brave medical professional sounding the alarm on a commercial industry dominated by insurance companies and administrators that do not have patients' health in mind (others I'm familiar with: Robert Lustig, Gabor Maté, Casey Means, Peter Attia).
