Amazing writer. While still reading this collection of essays I had to add her books to my “ to read” list

this was my first ann Patchett book, and I loved her writing – it's honest and simple and perfectly expresses many experiences I've also gone through. I'm reading truth & beauty next and then on to some of her novels.

I knew Patchett could write fiction. I knew Patchett could write memoir.

But I had no idea that Patchett was a masterful writer of essays.

She is.
