The Wedding Date Disaster

Loved this book. An enemy to lover book. 

Hadley is going back to Nebraska for a family wedding. She is not too keen about this so asked her best friend Web to step in as her plus one. However, Web has other plans and fakes a food poisoning and sends his twin brother Will (Hadley nemesis). And Will pretends to be Web. 

As Will pretends to be Web, him and Hadley realise what Web plan were. So, now they are stuck together and need to pretend to be in love. 

This book comes in hot and I found myself doing my best Alissa Edwards impression and saying ‘What the fuck is going on in here on this day?' several times over. I even checked if it was a sequel (it's not). So much lore dropped in expositional dumps whilst a shit tonne of action and semi erotica happens; maybe I'm just stupid but I found the opening hard to follow. The rest is basically just erotica with a bit of cowboy stuff thrown in so if you're into that then you'll probably like this

The hyphenation got annoying. Glad it decreased as the story continued. Otherwise cute.

I generally enjoyed this story, but it dragged on for me. Ended up skimming to the end.
