Cute and mostly absurd story of Ross Young, who ends up playing straight man (no pun intended) to a clan of trouble-making paranormals. I liked his utter competence and ability to remain unruffled no matter what disaster he faced. Romance with vampire clan leader Glenn was sweet and angst-free. The author's forward warns readers not to eat or drink while reading the book to avoid any spewing. I can't say I did any spit takes, but I was entertained.
Chronicles of a human (Ross) navigating the supernatural world with poise and aplomb as the personal assistant to Mr. Sexy Vampire Glenn aka watching two tired parents working tirelessly to corral their 100+ supernatural children.
A quirky and whimsical story for funsies and laughs! I can't imagine being in Ross' shoes though—he has the patience of a saint, which I certainly do not
