The Only Survivors

Too many characters that all read the same, and too slow paced. I don't think I've ever liked a Megan Miranda book. 

I was expecting to enjoy this more than I did, but it felt alternately messy and boring.

I honestly don't really know how I feel about this book, it felt slow but also wasn't bad and had moments I enjoyed. In the end it felt flat and was happy to be finished. But at the same time I can't fully say I didn't enjoy it. Weird read.

A good read. Giving final destination/Peter Swanson vibes.

Megan Miranda is a must buy for me, as I like her writing style and story telling.

This book isn't groundbreaking but it is an enjoyable book that you really want to get to the end of, so you can see the puzzle pieces fit together.

Wow... just wow! I loved this book. I read the description and immediately wanted to know more. You are sucked into the book immediately trying to figure out what had happened during the accident. I kept questioning everything that everyone did and said. It is a page turner that definitely keeps you on your toes!!! Highly recommend!

I really did not expect this book to go the course it did. Every assumption I made along the book was wrong. Each time I thought I had it figured out, I was shown how wrong I was. This book gave me the “ah-ha” moment and suddenly everything made sense. Things I had overlooked or attributed to something else suddenly fit into this perfect puzzle of a mystery.

I definitely enjoyed the TWIMSTS of this book. I liked the different directions it took and all of the continuity surprises there were, but there were definitely times were I felt like there were some gaps in what the author assumed the audience already knew and I had to go back and be like ............ who and what .... And Mayhaps why...........

Also I don't really understand what happened with Clara... like was she going to snitch on EVERYONE? Just Cassidy, Ian, and Josh? Why?

But overall I enjoyed it I would recommend it to anyone who likes mystery thriller type stories

Dit werkte niet echt voor mij.
Het uitgangspunt bleek nogal ongeloofwaardig en het ging alleen maar bergaf van daar. Er waren te veel personages en geen enkele waar ik contact mee kon maken. Sommige onthullingen waren wel ok, maar andere waren gewoon raar en sloegen nergens op.

There were a couple things I guessed but overall I thought this was very good - better than the usual of this genre.

solid thriller i did really like the ending it was about a 3.5 until the ending i did predict a big twist in the book but not the last two which i was happy about
