The Bleeding

I was delighted when I learned that The Bleeding would be the August pick for Orenda Books book club, as I've been wanting to read it for a while.
The story is told across three timelines, from the points of view of it's main characters.
It's an engaging story and the earlier timelines are suitably atmospheric. And just when the reader thinks the story has been neatly tied up, there's a surprise twist at the end.
