Talking on Eggshells: Soft Skills for Hard Conversations

This is a great book if you have communication boundaries that need upheld OR if you are some kind of customer/public service type of job. There is a helpful review after the end of each chapter.

I liked this book a lot - unfortunately I had to stop and start it so often most of it I seem to already have forgotten. This is in the re-read category for me.
