Ruin & Rule

This is one of those books I was SO distraught when it ended, I simply couldn't write my review!? Yet another masterpiece by Pepper - she amazes me every time! I have no words- this book is incredible- an absolute must read! Ive loved the Indebted Series since day one but hearing this offshoot of Kill's story was beyond an added bonus. Left me on that cliffhanger though- next book can't come fast enough!!

Apparently I tried to read this before, but I didnt shelve it on GR. When I opened it it was at 50%.... and then i went back a few pages and it clicked. RIGHT. I was not digging this story. But I skimmed the rest of the book since I went through the trouble of borrowing it again. This book could have had some of the gratuitous sex taken out, it always felt a little awkward to me. But I really did want to know what happened in the H and h's past. So I trudged along, and I was rewarded with? A cliff hanger! Well kind of. I will probably skim through the next book to find out what happens. Hopefully it flows better than this book did. Not impressed.
