Better than the last novella but I just don't really see the purpose of this in terms of furthering the story and at this point I'm just trying to finish the series

I wanted to enjoy this novella, I have loved all the other books in the series, but not this one.

Kenji didn't feel like Kenji and I struggled to follow what was happening.
