Seems like Diesel shows up in all the “Plum” 1/2 stories. This one seemed longer, but I liked it.
I can always rely on Stephanie Plum, bail bond agent, and her sidekick Lula to give me a giggle. ““Plum Spooky is a between the numbers book. In this Stephanie finds herself babysitting a monkey and helping Diesel track down his cousin Wulf. Needless to say Stephanie has her usual mishaps.
Best of the Between the Numbers books. Which isn't saying much, I grant you. It's better than one or two of the Numbers books, too. Not Evanovich or Stephanie at their best, but entertaining enough. And best of all . . . Diesel's off to his own world now, and things can get back to normal in the Plum-verse.
Sometimes a book is just there to entertain you, no deeper meaning, no life lessons, just pure entertainment and fun. This would be one of those books! This book was a total riot and I loved every page of it. Coincidently this was my first time reading anything by this author, but if all her books are as enjoyable as this one, she has a fan for life!
