My Dish Towel Flies at Half-Mast

This was an old book I found on my bookshelf. I enjoy silly comedic books, but I just couldn't finish it. I can count on one hand the number of books I have not finished. First, let me be fair - this book was written in the 1970's. I was able to relate to many of her issues about living in suburbia, and thought several were cute. But after several chapters of similar un-intelligent comments, it just didn't seem funny any more. Book is old and outdated, so I won't forward or recommend.
