Really great read...I was worried that this was going to be a supplement based book (like trying to sell them to you) but I was pleasantly surprised that even though it does have a supplement chapter the vibe of the book is to develop good sleep practices on your own and supplements temporary.

I thought the chapters where a good length and covered a lot of sleep tips well.
