Why were my fav parts seeing Dante and Vivian? LMAOO. Okay so Kai is great, amazing! Loved it, but it wasn't as unique as the first book.
Kai is a billionaire under a moment of being the CEO through votes, so if his relationship with Isabella, a bartender, were to be exposed, it would cause a scandal and ruin his moment, what's nice is that Isabella is aspiring to be a writer :>
Enjoyable billionaire romance with a few little twists at the end.
This felt different from her other books, but not in a bad way. The build-up of the relationship is just refreshingly uncomplicated. There is tension and conflict, but overall reading about these two falling for each other is nice.
It was alright. Everything was fine but I didn't feel any massive pulls on my heart strings or sadness at the inevitable third Act.... This book feels like a filler book (like they have in TV shows). It was mediocre
What is better than an opposites attract forbidden romance?
One with a smart and sexy quiet British/Asian man and a loud and fun Filipino/Chinese girl without a filter.
Absolutely devoured this book.
I loved Kai in the first book, always pushing Dante's buttons and I'm so thrilled for his story
