How to Paint with Watercolor Pencils

I would never have bought this if I had been able to look at a paper version. $3.00 total is way too expensive (I had some rewards to take off the price). The final versions of the examples are as cartoonish and child-looking as any painting I have ever seen a child do. Watercolor pencils have a uniqueness to their use that I am not finding anyone discussing. I wanted to look at color placement and the different combos of applying watercolor pencil and when watercolor pencils cannot be used. I know the basic terminologies but wanted easy to look up and at examples. PLUS, there was very poor english in multiple places but especially “access” in multiple places where they meant “excess.”
