These books have just been so cute, and they make for a quick easy read. This series is just so sweet, and I can't wait to follow along Nick and Charlie's journey in the next instalment.

So, as I mentioned when I first read these, I enjoyed them, but I didn't love them like everybody else seemed to. I thought they were all cute and sweet, but I let the hype get to me a little bit.
Then came the adaptation. If you haven't read my thoughts on the Netflix adaptation you can do so by clicking here but in summary watching it is what fully immersed me in the story. It brought it to life for me. The adaptation pretty much followed the graphic novels word for word with a few minor differences.
When I reread it the second time, I loved it so much more than I did the first time. It's so hard to explain how much of difference there was for me between reads. Everything was just amplified in a sense. Ugh I feel like I am not doing this series justice because I am horrible at putting my thoughts into words especially when I loved something as much as I did this series.
I've never had a comfort read book/series, but this has definitely become that for me even though it deals with heavy topics it does it in a way that is hopeful, and I just love it. I can't wait for the 5th vol to come out but at the same time I am sad because I don't want Nick and Charlies story to ever end.
Just as adorable as the first one, and a bit heavier as Nick struggles about how, if, and when to come out.

Both Charlie and Nick are so sweet together. This series is such a comfort read we definitely need more of these kinds of books in this crazy world.
It is that there are, they are adorable books that seem incredible to me. They are very tender. I haven't read many LGTBQ+ books but from the few I've read I know these are among the best. Here not everything is perfect we have Harry who is a pedant and how the fear of being judged works for your sexuality. That Charlie gives Nick his time so that he has confidence. How can they not do another drama where they always have to fight to get along. It is very cute and adorable. The relationship,It's just... Beautiful.
He llorado de lo bonito y genial que es esto. Me ha gustado incluso más que el primer volumen, y ya lo veía difícil. Amo a Nick y a Charlie de verdad son lo mejor del mundo. Su relación es preciosa y tierna. Además la historia es adictiva, es imposible parar de leer.
I just know that if Jude and Willem from a little life had a normal life then this would be them. Charlie being jude and willem being nick
Loved it! Read it in one sitting, it's a super fast read and so satisfying.

I absolutely enjoyed this volume of Heartstopper. It even made me shed a few tears. Can't wait to read Volume Three.

Even better than Vol 1. Nick's journey here is portrayed exquisitely, so thoughtful and sweet and supported and full of consent. His Mum's one sentence response was note perfect and what every queer person wants to hear, definitely made me tear up.
10000/10. Recomendadisimo. Es realmente hermoso, trata temas importantes de forma realista pero a la vez te mata de amor. No puedo esperar a tener y leer el siguiente volumen. <3
