Pese a que es un libro para niños, creo que la lectura se disfruta sin importar la edad.

I was really surprised at what an ass Ron was, in general, but specifically towards Hermiene. I was even more surprised at how cruel all three of the main characters were to Hagrid.

Other than that, I was surprised near then end when poor Neville makes the difference. It made my hair stand up. =)

Seems almost like a short story. Altogether there was not enough there to warrant reading and definitely not continuing the series. Was worried for most of the book that there would not be an ending, which is miserable. Luckily, it does end, as much as a short story can ever end.

Wish there was a re-read button! Just re-read the whole series.

Jim Dale audiobook - love his voices, except I have to say he does a TERRIBLE Hermione.

2012: It's still has amazing after 10 years. I kinda feel old.. I wonder when i'll read it again...

2018: Gawd, I still cry at the end when Dumbledore does his little speech and awards them with their extra points. Forever rereading this series.

2022: Has it really been 4 years since my last reread?

I'm one of the few who hadn't read a Harry Potter book or seen a movie. I wish I would've started the series 10 years ago. Cute, charming, likeable characters, great plot. I loved it.

I do not know why it took 14 years for me to “discover” this book. I guess I was waiting for my daughter to be old enough to read it first. Not bad for a “children's book”.

Reread: I'll never tire of reading this one

Nostalgia hits hard with this one, never a miss. It just feels like coming home to a world that has always been my safe space

Le premier tome de la célébrissime saga Harry Potter, qu'on ne présente plus. Un premier volume enfantin, à l'image de l'âge des héros dans ces débuts pleins de naïveté mais qui donnent tout de même envie de lire la suite.

A delightful dose of nostalgia! I decided to reread Harry Potter by listening to the audiobooks. It's been nearly twenty years since I first read this book as a kid. I had forgotten many details of the story and also how fast-paced the plot is. Definitely a feel-good activity!
