Mostly trying to get myself motivated in the morning and trying to find more meaning in continuing to try? Def. have some aspirations for myself that this book help elaborate.
The only thing these types of books don't really keep in mind sleeping disorders? BUT I feel like this book somewhat understood not everyone will have time/ability to wake up as early as they set up for...so at the end at chapters they have time poor/time rich suggestions
