I didn't find Mason's realization of his feelings for Denny that believable.

BUT I loved Denny's character a lot. He deserves better tbh but we are all a little jaded and misunderstood.

Friends to lovers, gay-for-you-awakening.

When Mason and Denver are on the page, you know they're destined to be together. It's natural how their relationship develops into something more, and while the final “run away from my problems” scene was meh, I understand its role in showing how much everyone has grown since the band's initial disbandment.

Their story is angsty and emotional (especially when that happens out of nowhere
