Ascender, Vol. 4: Star Seed

Still very beautiful, features weird, interesting machine world, a lot of epic scenes and two page panels.

Kinda short, though with a couple good, emotional moments.

Satisfying conclusion to both Ascender (as well as the preceding Descender) with a few surprises along the way.

I liked this entire series. The watercolor art is lovely and story is quite good. The narrative arcs for the main characters are engaging and resolve in sensible/believable ways.
