This book literally broke me. My heart broke for Sloane n Cassie. It's sad that numbers n statistics were like the family that Sloane needed. N Cassie's mom?? I swear i wanna smack her
This book will spin you around so fast until you don't know which way is up - the plot twists
4.5 stars. JLB hit her stride with “All In.” Strongest writing/storytelling & most compelling of the series so far.

okay phew. THAT was SO MUCH packed into like 250 pages.
aNdddd I honestly don't know if I mean that in a positive way or not?? Like the other books, this one was also pretty unputdownable once you got into it. But i do think the author tried to tackle way too much in one book. Cassie, Sloane, Judd, Scarlett-there were several elements and variables; While I have to admit I'm a sucker for layered story telling and how it all tied in together, was pretty cool. It was also unfortunately, a tad bit chaotic.
But if i ignore the chaos and me going : “wait WHAT? HUH?” every 20 pages; the intentionality and layers that were slowly unraveled in the story were absolutely remarkable. Nightshade, The Scarlett case, Cassie's mom's case, etcetc. most of these were mentioned in the first book and the callbacks to them, were done extremely well.
I love love love Sloane and while the number sequence, dates bit, went slightly over my head; i couldn't help but appreciate the research and thought the author had put into the book.The cult bit at the end, and Cassie's mother, again plays into the whole too much in one book thing. I thought it was slightly reaching, but I'm excited to see where the author takes it.
wanted to take a break before reading book 4 but with that ending?? you know I've started it even before writing this review T_T

I'll admit that All In was the hardest installment for me to get through so far. While the first two Naturals books felt grounded in realism, this third one started to stretch plausibility at times. There were numerous instances of extensive information dumping and fact building , which slowed the pace for me. As a reader, I found myself getting bogged down by these flaws, struggling to maintain the adrenaline and momentum. That said, the core story remained as gripping as ever. With each piece of the puzzle Cassie uncovered about her mother's fate, I became more and more immersed in needing to know the truth.
Among the highlights was, as always, Sloane. She is truly the MVP of this entire series. I found myself constantly rooting for her and I hope no harm ever comes her way. Sloane simply must be protected at all costs!
Despite its flaws, this installment has me even more eager on reading the final book to see how this twisted mystery finally unravels. This series has been a wild ride so far, and I'm strapped in until the conclusion. I'm solidly invested in these characters and I can't wait to see how their stories end!

I loved it!!! Wasn't expecting the twist at the end with Cassie but damn it was good!!! Onto the next book
It took me a little bit to get into the book but I think it was mostly my fault, (maybe the beginning of a reading slump?? PLEASE NO), but once I got into the story I couldn't put it down. The only complaint I have about this book is that I felt dumb for about 70% of the book
When I tell you I am OBSESSED with this series. 5 stars in a row is unheard of, OMG. I am just obsessed.
The character growth is amazing and the relationships between the characters are so beautifully thought out.
And then the plot, how does miss Jennifer think of this. I am now too obsessed with the Fibonacci spiral.
I am going to binge the last book now
Oh my! I'm impressed because I didn't think I'd love any other series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes as much as I loved The Hwtjorne series, but boy was I wrong! And never have I been happier to be proven wrong. Bring on the finale!
I'm just going to give this whole series 5 stars, and reread them...forever.
In this third book, we get a lot of hints and a setup for whatever comes next- but the ending in this book is still very satisfying and ties together so well.
The characters still have a special place in my heart, and I will be lying awake at night thinking of them.
So a confession, I saw the first book in this series awhile back on the popular reads on goodreads. After seeing the amazing cover art (which is really clever by the way) and reading the summary I wanted to read the naturals so bad. When I got it from the library I finished in a day (that's perfectly normal though) and I was so shocked and excited for the next book. I went on goodreads and found the rest of the series, after marking the rest as to read I looked at the final book's release date to see if it had come out yet. It hadn't. So I planned to space out reading the second and third so I wouldn't have long to wait for the fourth. Well that plan didn't go so well, here I am a month after I read the first and I've already read the second and third, whoops. If that doesn't tell you how much I love the series I don't know what will. And let me tell you, the third is no disappointment, it's amazing.
The mystery was riveting; it wasn't predictable and it certainly wasn't boring.
