A manga that features a deaf character and Japanese signs (not ASL). This was ok, I liked it mostly for the representation and maybe the story hasn't kicked off yet. Kind of a slice of life - romance maybe?
I thought the guy character interest was rude to her and not very understanding/attentive of her communication needs.
Initial thoughts: So incredibly sweet. It's like there could possibly be something there. Either way it's that first love, being an adult but not yet an adult type of life, finding your rhythm, that wave and riding it.
The signing! I'm just in love with this manga.
2022:
My library has these now, so I decided to re-read this and finally go forward with the series. The main character is so sweeet. Too pure for this world. And it is really different to see a romance manga set in college. Really looking forward to continuing!

2020:
I don't often find manga that feature characters with disabilities, so I had to start this one as the main character is deaf. I'm two volumes in and very much liking this series. I like that the characters are college students – another thing I don't read often in manga.
