In this novel by Kuwaiti poet, Abdullah al-Busais, we find a man who feels alienated by the "pack" of his tribe because he is neither violent nor a fighter. The main character is a poet and lover of all humankind who, because of the madness and ignorance of those around him, is forced to do something he doesn't wish to do. Psychological fiction about how society can prompt a person to abandon his inner peace and tranquility to engage in a poisoned reality.
