I thought this book was awesome! I really like the way sarah j maas connected everything together , and I am really excited to read empire of storms , and a court of thorns and roses.
I thought this was a great book. The author really made it come alive. I never thought about Mary Shelley before, but I'm very glad I read this book.
I like this book as much as the first time I read it. I really like the twist that happened with Simon. Although the 1st thing that happened to Simon was shown in the tv show, I wonder when they're going to incorporate the 2nd thing. Cassandra Clare is a really good author, she has descriptive writing that doesn't take away from the action, but just makes it more real to the reader. Can't wait to reread city of glass!
Awesome vampire book, with no love triangle!!!! Plzzz continue this and make it into a series tho...
This was actually a pretty good paranormal story. It was almost a retelling of the Trojan War, or at least the first part of it.
Well...this is definitely a fun read, though not completely serious. There isn't a lot of world building, as much as demons, shape-shifters, werewolves, Death, and a lot of other characters simply being introduced out of nowhere to push Nick along on his journey to either save the world, or destroy it. But maybe if I read the authors adult series, Dark-Hunters, I would have more idea of what is going on. Other then that, the book was fine, though I did notice a couple editing/spelling mistakes. But hey, I guess no one is perfect. Personally, I am rooting for Kody and Nick to get together. I wonder of the author has taken a different path with the rest of the series, or gone the traditional road of the young hero discovering his powers and turning away from the Darkness and living happily ever after. I hope not, because even having super fun and interesting side-characters won't be able to make up for that. Well, I guess I'll have to keep reading and find out...
Great book. Cassel is a fascinating main character, and this book is full of curses, cons, and other interesting things like that.
