4.5/5 stars!! Honestly, the character development and growth that we as a society experience during this read is truly astounding. AND just when I thought that there were no more love stories to be written in the sixth book of this series SJM proved me fucking wrong and gave more than one. I was not complaining at all!!!! However, I do think that there was a depth within the relationships that I did not see before in other character's love stories. Somehow... just somehow SJM made this book feel a lot more human (we are following two human characters in this book but THAT IS NOT THE POINT). I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this book, even though it is my lowest rating book in the ToG series, ToD completely swept me off my feet.
The first half was actually interesting like I was actively intrigued and then we got past the half point and it turned to shit. It's clear that I was ovulating when I picked this book to read, so I was primarily looking for smut #noshame, but I expected the book to at least be satisfactory.
The love interest James has got to be the dumbest mafia boss I've ever encountered. Nothing is going on in his head, and he lacks critical thinking skills.
Actually gets a 3.5/5 stars... idk if I will pick up the second book. TBH I probably will because Jacks is hot asf

My honest real rating of this book is a 3.5 but I chose to round up! This book felt more like a filler book than anything special. I'm really hoping that the book after this one blows me right out of the water because unfortunately this one did not. I compare reading this book to reading ACOWR didn't hate it but also didn't love it; ultimately drawn own for waaayyyy too long.
AMAZING!!!! I RANNN THROUGH THIS BOOK BECAUSE OF HOW GREAT IT IS. IF IT WERE NOT FOR MY BUSY SCHEDULE I WOULD HAVE FINISHED IT IN ONE DAY.
10/10 experience; I would dine here again! The song that resonates the most with the ambiance of this book is To Love by Suki Waterhouse

As a diehard werewolf fanfic girl this book ate down for me. Towards the end it lost me a little bit, but honestly, I think that's because I tend to read a bit more high fantasy now instead of cute stories like this. Whenever I would read werewolf fics on Wattpad as a kid, I would get such an intense feeling that would swallow me whole and this book made me experience that. IF YOU ARE NOT A WEREWOLF FANFIC GIRL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO U BECAUSE IDK IF YOU WOULD TRULY BE ABLE TO ENJOY IT.
I don't normally read memoirs, however, this one floored me and I'm still having trouble getting back up. Julia fucking FOX you will forever be a queen in my eyes. Your story, your perseverance, your wisdom is one that I will hold with me forever.
