It was a good read, loved that it was set in greece. I really liked the narration but I did not like the ending.
Also I feel like there were a lot of plot holes and missing information, like how did Elliot know about Jason's financial troubles? Why did Leo despise Elliot? Why did Kate actually not like Elliot? Did Elliot kill Barbara West? Was Elliot a prostitute? Why is he called Elliot (I did not read the play it was based on)? Why was the ammo in the revolver fake but the one in the hunting rifle real? Who is Theo from prison and why does Mariana want Elliot to meet him?
I think the book would have been a lot better if the ending hadn't felt so rushed.

Me ha encantado! Tan real, tan reflexivo, tan gracioso, tan dulce. Todo lo que debe de tener un buen libro de ficción y tiene TANTAS frases buenas. Mi favorita ha sido:

I Iiked it, was interesting. Loved the mother daughter bonding and finally putting the lesbianism in writing, and its defense by Elinor made me happy.

Me lo terminé en el metro y lloré en el metro. Lo leí con 15 años y me gusto mucho, ademas no estaba en el mejor lugar mentalmente y me ayudo a ver que habia mucha luz al final del tunel. Me gustó mucho la idea de que se ayudaban unos a otros y se complementaban. Me da un poco de miedo volver a leermelo seis años despues porque a lo mejor lo recuerdo mucho mejor de lo que es en realidad, ya que sospecho que no le hace mucha justicia a todo lo que conllevan las enfermedades mentales. Aun asi, una rápida lectura y creo que para lectores jovenes esta muy bien para que vean un poco mas alla de su realidad. Como primera novela de la autora creo que está muy lograda

Me ha encantado, creo que me gustó mas el primero por la acción y el desarrollo pero este me ha flipado por el lore. Me encanta los mundos que pueden llegar a crear los escritores y este me parece maravilloso. Eso si, estoy ENFADADÍSIMA con el final, pero es mejor que que xaden muera que es lo que pensaba que iba a pasar. Pues nada, aquí me quedo impaciente hasta enero.
Me ha encantado, es un libro un poco de relleno porque habla de tramas con los personajes secundarios, pero a mi personalmente me encanta cuando los autores profundizan en los personajes secundarios y expanden el universo que han creado. Además descubres un montón de misterios y les pillas más cariño a aquellos personajes no protagonistas.
Ahhhhhh!!!! Que pasarán en los siguientes si Elinor ha matado a su antagonista principal?? Cxc quiere las tierras del principio del rio para protegerlas pero para que?? Porque Oscar no sabia que allí había robles acuaticos?? Muchas incógnitas
BRUTAL. Me lo he terminado en 8 días (trabajando y con una amiga de visita). Ahora mismo me compro el siguiente. Que pena me ha dado terminarlo y que ganas tengo del siguiente!
Beautiful writing, very short. Came in with very high expectations not knowing it was more of a novella than a novel so when it ended I kinda felt like thats it. PS: I recommend you read one of the reviews below on how Daisy is the best character. Definetely worth the time looking for it
Very different from her other books. I really liked it, I´m not sure if all her usual readers will like it as it is not that romance infested but it is still a very good book that deals with some important subjects.
Great Book! Its for little kids and even though Im 18, I loved it. I would have preferred if it were more detailed but as I mentioned before, it is a children's book. I hope the authors publish a longer more mature book for older girls. I recommend it 100%
Cute. Very easy read, I read it in an hour. Gives you insight on the life of certain characters.
