What a fun little story! I think I like vampire romances which makes me feel like my mom.

Some stories weren't for me but such a fun read! A lot of people were upset by how modern the stories are! But I loved that part!

My only critique is that the book was SOOO good in some parts but so cheesy in other parts!
Overall a good book. Just a bit inconsistent.

Took me a while to finish but has such incredible stories. Had some slow parts hence the rating. Otherwise, a beautiful story!

Akwaeke is an AMAZING writer! I love how they set the scene and their writing style is very unique. This one was just darker and more sexual than I anticipated with so much SA. A very interesting and diverse story.

God I love Louise Erdrich.

Lots of twists I didn't expect! I was really apprehensive at first but I really like this one! Maybe I'll read the other ones.

The beginning was so fun! And I love her writing style!
But halfway through it just got really repetitive and I began to lose interest

I really like this one! 4 stars because some of the writing is choppy and rushed.

Update: after reading the third book I have decided I love this one. 5 stars

Main protagonist is a little annoying. I did enjoy that I stopped reading this book at night bc it made me a bit paranoid!

Not a big fan of reading plays but this one I enjoyed. A lot of people hate that it just ends but I kinda like it so that others can interpret the ending.
