This book changed me for the better. It gave me insights how to changing works. That finishing a marathon or becoming morbidly obese is somewhat the same - a result of a long sequence of small steps in one direction. It helped me to rethink and transform bit (unachieveable) goals into smaller micro behaviours.
I read an older publication but the principle remains the same. Allen is the OG of getting thingS done and this book is the foundation of many more recent and modern titles including GRIP by Rick Pastoor, which in my opinion better suits the new generation. Nonetheless I really enjoyed rereading this title.
