The word “dash” appeared only once in this book. Well done, Cassie. You would lose stars if it weren't for that.
“How much of a Patrick do you have to be to be Patrick Ness itself?”
~ A wise person once asked.
“Hello. I hope somebody is listening....”
Recommended to everyone going through admission tests and anxiety about getting into a certain university, or to anyone just trying to find something that makes you happy.
Ben, oh Ben, oh Ben. With all of your mistakes, no real person would still be in love with you.
And with literal tears blurring my vision right now, I declare The Nightingale as the biggest emotional ride I've taken in a book this year.
Ah cute ending. Almost cute enough to forgive the celibate good girl and the promiscuous bad boy. Almost.
Nope.
I'm starting to utterly fall in love with how Frederik Backman writes. This was another heartwarming and heartbreaking book and anyone who loved the Netflix show Afterlife would love this a lot. Please read >.<
I don't think I've ever given a book a 1 star rating. And to think that if a mere 2 pages had been left out of this, I would've given it 5 stars.
In a well-ordered universe, I would stay up all night long and finally finish this book well into the morning. Which I just did. The universe seems pretty well-ordered right now.
This book. Oh my god, THIS BOOK. It's one of the most frustrating books I've ever read and I was so emotionally stressed about it while reading it that I might have an aneurysm in my brain now but Oh My God, I suffered, but I'm happy about it.
Yup. I'm fangirling over this book.
This book. Oh dear Cauldron, THIS BOOK. I already know this is going to be my favourite book of this year(at least until Empire of Storms comes out, and, CANNOT WAIT) and the year's not even halfway through yet.
SPOILER RANT:
So since Feyre is now the High Lady of Night Court I am DREADING that Sarah J Maas will kill off Rhys and I do NOT want that to happen but it might happen just to prove some point about moving on with her immortal life or something and NOOOOOO I will cry if Rhysand darling dies ugh.
After waiting ages for this, I can say that it's the best book I've read this year and the wait was worth it. Now, let me get back to waiting for another year for the next one to come out.
