Fallon meets Ben, an aspiring novelist, the day before her scheduled cross-country move. They spend Fallon's last day in L.A. together, and her eventful life becomes the creative inspiration Ben has always sought for his novel. Amidst the various relationships and tribulations of their own separate lives they continue to meet on the same date every year. But has Ben has been telling her the truth... or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist?

Another CoHo book I couldn't put down.
Ben and Fallon are wonderfully flawed characters and their romance is just beautiful.
At times I just wanted them to talk to each other and resolve their differences but the pay-off in the end was worth it.
And I definitely didn't see the twist coming!
This book hurt me. So badly. I loved it and hated it so much. I wanted to throw the book across the room, I wanted to scream at Colleen herself. I loved everything about this novel. This is definitely my favorite novel by her. The relationship between them was so hard for me to read. It fully killed me
The end- was just a whole different heartbreak. I could almost feel my heart cracking as hers broke at the end. It made me want to be a little depressed teenager again
