4.5 stars
Gossip Girl / Harry Potter mixed with Fantasy . Such a fun read and easy to follow world buildings and characters.
There was some repetitive writing but other than this, great read.
I laughed out at load at this book! I don't think I have done this for years...
I really enjoyed the characters, banter and so many scenes.
My first Meghan Quinn will not be my last.
Really enjoyed this book. Devoured in 2 days.
The characters have depth, flaws and quick wit.
Some of the magic was quite convenient, but the book remains fast paste and enjoyable.
I have never been more invested in a teenage romance.
This book really was a delight. If you expecting spice, there isn't any.
Running to Keeping 13
The books has some graphic uncomfortable scenes but really fast pace and thrilling.
4 stars for the convenience of MFC who can do everything without training but just “really smart”. Her character was annoying.
The book started off strong but sped through backstories and rushed to an expected, predictable ending.
The books was dull and imaginative. Characters were adults but acted childish. Would not recommend.
This is a generous 1 star. The story is ok, some interesting pieces and you do wonder where it's all going but alas, it's going nowhere interesting.
But dammit the FMC is as dull as dishwater! Living in her POV is tortuous.
This author could have made the series in one book and instead dragged it out and randomly introduces new characters with no back story, nothing (namely Chris!)
I don't like any of these characters, and I don't like myself for wasting portions of my day reading this book.
Meh.
