For a short book, it takes surprisingly deep plunge into the topic of toxicity in human relationships, raising it to a whole new level, painfully honest and raw. It stripps down to the bones the illusion of what is socially acceptable, socially expected and socially unwanted.
The plot inside packs really insightful observation on the hidden dark corners of human mind. Rory's story is fascinating example of what are the real intentions behind a simple action; where is the line between pure selfishness and survival; what's the real cost of everything we receive or gain; are all social relations just transactions. Rory is a very interesting character. The twists and oddities of his personality are partially result of the way he grew up as an unwanted child of 2 people who haven't been compatible from the start and split up. He doesn't know what is to be cherished, loved and cared for. Raised as a tool for gaining income, Rory's existence is focused on providing financially whatever he can to keep his parents afloat - nurturing his mother's alcohol addiction, taking care for their small trailer home, as well as supporting his father who is failing miserably in his attempts to provide money for his new family. The relation between Rory and Andrew - his only friend in the trailer park is also based on mutual transaction - Rory is visiting and helping when he can, while Andrew is a source of emergency cash. So when Emerson pops unexpectedly in his crazily tangled life, Rory easily agrees to the strange conditions of the offered relationship. The only life lesson he knows is that there isn't anything free. Emerson lives a million stars away from Rory's upbringing and their first encounter is a pure fluke. He has never known a life different than the sheltered financial security. And even though the reason is different, Emerson also knows the most important lesson - nothing is free - so he provides the money for the entertainment of his friends.
Rory and Emerson's relationship was a push and pull from the very beginning, it started on absolutely unhealthy and wrong foundation. It was also a crash course for Rory how to stop being a people pleaser, a convenient “doormat” and stand up for himself. As I reader I loved his personal growth and change - from a broken, confused, achingly lonely ball of anxiety, he turned into e person who could say No and define his own personal boundaries. It wasn't an easy journey of self discovery for Emerson either - he had to get out of the mental prison of his own preconception and truly see his partner, not the illusion he tried to trap Rory in.
Conceptually the world building was intriguing, well thought out, detailed and convincing so it was a real pleasure to read and meet the characters. Books 1 and 2 are linked, and the plot develops and expands, revealing more and more parts of the supernatural world that is hiding in plain sight among human society. It's quite well paced and what was really fun was the generous sprinkling of dark humour and the spice that definitely ramped up in the 2nd book. Another positive - the descriptions and internal monologue helped me feel absolutely immersed in the story.
I'm mostly a dark romance reader, so I have to say James was the sweetest, kindest vampire I've ever met. Ryder, on the other hand? I really wanted to try my pans on him - more than a few times. The term “commitment phobia” is probably invented with him as a bright example of what that is. Like seriously, Ryder ? More than a year and so much you went through together, the intimacy, the care - and you can't accept the Mate thing? Yeah, stubborn on unimaginable level. I wish there was a little more action throughout all the book instead of only at the end and less of Ryder's annoying reluctance to accept the gift, a real love is, but I hope there will be more in the next book and some redemption arc. The side characters were also more than just stuffing and I appreciate that. They gave the story additional color and intensity. It's hard to pull off trilogy with interconnected books with one couple as the main center, so the author's efforts are truly appreciated in this direction. I am waiting the next book and preparing the pans!
Captivating, intense, and all-consuming - that's my impression of the world building. The author is completely unknown to me, so I was a little hesitant to start - but oh, how quickly I forgot my reservations with this short book.
A case of mistaken identity or not/I'm not sure how this will play out in future books/Ava is kidnapped and her hasty attempt to escape leaves her stranded in another realm. A realm where the social hierarchy is strongly established on the magical reserves and essence of its inhabitants - the stronger the magic, the higher the position of the family with the leading elemental emperor on top. After the initial shock of so many revelations and events, I was pleasantly surprised to see the steel core that Ava possessed. Challenging, witty, and resilient, she showed from the start that she wasn't going to be a silent pushover, a pawn in anyone's game, or a docile little “human”. Yes, being human and lacking magical abilities definitely puts Ava on the lowest rung of the ladder, but it doesn't dampen her wild spirit or turn her into some sort of talking vegetable. I loved how unapologetically herself she is - kind, observant and fun. The splashes of humor that flash across the pages from the very beginning of her interesting adventure, added even stronger entertaining vibe.
The story has a definite slow burnish vibe relationship wise with only a hint of some of her future love interests, but with everything happening in rapid succession, there wasn't a single boring moment.
What's even more interesting is that Ava found Sanctuary in the leading Academy in the new realm and this is the first of many other academy type of series, that kept my attention. I can't wait to read the continuation.
While I was reading, I somehow imperceptibly fell in love with this strange, intense, fascinatingly weird fictional world, where the dying lines of werewolves and shapeshifters coexist with the human one, trying to remain hidden and untouched. But some werewolves want to give their dying world a chance for a fresh start at any cost. And that's the moment when this story is born, following the lives of a group of children and adults who have literally gone through the hell of medical trials and experiments without ever explicitly consenting to be subjected to these changes. The common thread between the fates of all the survivors is that they carry within them a special recessive gene inherited somewhere from the generations before them.
The story is heavily plot driven, world building oriented and the romantic relationship of Dr.Landry Babin and Ethan is the spice, not the main meal.
Landry is one of the survivors. He is also a first generation product heavily affected by everything done to him while he was growing up.Not quite human and not quite were, he feels like he doesn't belong anywhere. The cruel and harsh world of the non humans constantly reminds him that he isn't welcome there, that he is a prey not a predator. Ethan is exactly on the other side of the border - born were, destined to lead his small, very conservative and aloof clan.
This s the first book in a series that follows the adventures of Landry and Ethan who are trying to build up their relationship while fighting for their lives and surviving the odds stacked up high against them.
Holy Moly amazeballs! If I was living somewhere in a dystopian future, where glimpses in human mind were possible, I'd love to see a moment of the inner workings of your beautiful mind where so many magnificent worlds co exist together. How is this possible, I'll never know but let's return back to what we know - your originality, flawless writing, intriguing world building, depth of your characters. I haven't read the rest of the Harem project books, only House of Malak but it wasn't an issue to sink into the story and enjoy it with all my senses. I'll continue to repeat that, one of the things I love the most about your books is the wide arc of characters, simultaneously developing on page; all the micro stories that perfectly align and merge into the big frame of the main story line. The second thing that made an impression is the slow burnish vibe - yes, this was like the “mother” of slow burn romance but with everything happening in the book, that actually helped me to focus on the characters and all the intricate details of this complex, multi layered world of wonders. I didn't miss the heat at all because the intimacy and warmth of meaningful connections was like a glowing, compelling beacon in the dark. In this world where polycules and large families are a norm, Tatum found herself tethered to a really wonderful group of men. All of them so different but complimenting each other perfectly as a match. What I loved the most was her fierce, passionate personality, her emphatic nature and devotion to her duties.
Last but not least important, I truly loved the easy way they merged as a polycule - no internal drama, no questioning of right and wrong, just acceptance and open, honest communication.
Such a beautiful storytelling! The author's wild imagination in combination with some lore elements, created a magnificent dark world building. I had an idea that it's a Cinderella retelling and was prepared for it, but honestly, I was totally blown away with what I found. It's a lot more than a retelling - so many carefully crafted details, so much consideration and love, invested in every thread of the plot and very interesting, new interpretation of the usual representation of fae, challengings and the magical realm they live in, some closer, some further away from the mortal plane.
So now about the characters - main and secondary they were all very well thought, developed and full of surprises. The focus of the story is one very special girl - Morrigan. This is actually her journey of survival, self discovery and awakening. She was marked and discarded as non significant because of the lack of traditional manifestation of magic when she was 13, but oh, how wrong they were. I have the feeling she will prove them wrong. Despite the hardships and the cruel treatment from her family after the faithful night of her 13th birthday, she was such an incredible ray of sunshine, full of goodness, wit, intelligence and light. The failed attempt to be sold, led to the best thing that could happen to someone marked as non magical. She was taken in by a changeling lord and his pack. And for the first time in years, Morrigan felt what care, love, warmth and loyalty in a real family are. The story is very slow burn with just a hint of a promise for a lot more to come as spice and heat level. But there wasn't a moment of boredom. I am impatiently waiting to see the continuation and the growth of all relationships, bonds, friendships. Excellent debut, Siri, I really enjoyed it. I received a complimentary copy of the book and voluntarily leaving an honest review.
After a hard and intense beginning, the continuation of the story is no less interesting and intriguing. But we have something more - character growth and development. Dr. Landry Babin isn't the scaredy cat with rabbit heart we met in the first book. His flight and run instincts are still kicking but he is also learning how to be a were and how to harness his abilities. We have also the myriad of other characters, some of whom we already met, others new to the plot and adding even more layers and complexity to the story line. It's definitely spectacular adventure with new twists and turns.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
It's a story about the true face of what Desperation means, beyond the limit of endurance and the taste of pain, when it's all you have left. This is dark omegaverse with heavy vibes of hurt-comfort-healing, in a fictional world, where the lives of omegas aren't usually pretty fairy tales.
Luka and Blake are more than best friends. From the moment they have met, they share a soul deep connection that nothing can break, even when the twists and turns of life lead them down different paths of shattered dreams and glum reality. For Luka, who never thought, he will present as Omega and Blake who already is one, this is a catastrophe with huge proportions.
This is a very emotionally heavy story, gripping and heart touching. As per usual for this author, the plot development is seamlessly tied to the level of spice and the two unfold perfectly. But more valuable is that the story provokes the reader to reflect on the values of life and how much love is really worth. Is a moment with the people you truly love worth sacrificing everything you are and everything you have? How far will you go to fight for them?
So many questions and a mean cliffhanger, but I can't wait to see the sequel.
From best friends to something a lot more? Is it that simple? Carter and Brendon have been into each other's lives and personal space for as long as they can remember. Friends, teammates, students - always together, always inseparable. This incredibly sweet and endearing, low angst college story is about the development of their relationship. The double bi awakening was wonderfully well handled as a natural progression of their maturity and the positive vibe always present. The additional bonus was the easy acceptance of their close friends and family which made the flow of the story light and enjoyable. I loved the pace and the medium spice level. If you like college romance this is an excellent fast read.
Incredibly sweet and light this story has all the feels and the firsts, a reader could possibly want to read. It's a glimpse in Eddie's life and his coming out to friends, family and coworkers is a big part of it. But the biggest challenge is navigating the unknown waters of his first love. I loved the slow build up of his relationship and the way they talked before each step. The open communication was definitely part of the charm of this story. As a summary I can say, this is a lovely, one afternoon read.
Are you there? Really good question... As a reader, I was really there with all my senses - AE Lister's excellent descriptions exuded an incredibly strong sense of warmth and comfort and transported me straight to the Victorian era, which was an absolute delight. Subtle touches of humour were woven into all the little details. Alastair and Toby were such a quirky, sweet and charming couple. They made me laugh so much with their first awkward attempts at getting to know each other, dancing around serious topics and falling right into hilarious misunderstandings. There was a slight D/s plotline going, but neither Alastair was an outstanding example of a Dom, nor Toby a submissive. It was more about exploring the kinks and discovering how they fit together as a couple. And all the dirty talk, omg, such a blast!!!
Generally light and low angst, this was my first dive into a historical-themed romance and AE Lister, the perfect guide for such kind of unforgetable experience.
A captivating continuation of The Road to carnage series, I was impatiently waiting and it definitely delivered the violent punch I hoped for. The clash between the Triad, the Lord's and their allies - The Castiellos was interesting to see unfolding on page. Maverick couldn't keep it in his pants as usual so he is definitely over his head with the new woman in his life. The way the entertainment and the spicy banter are woven into the darker aspects of the plot make everything happening a truly unforgettable spectacle. I definitely wanted to see more of Ajay, the Castiellos and the Lord's and less of the couple I don't like - Monty and Ren as well as the Triad but the plots needed balance which I perfectly understand.
I am truly, deeply in love with this author's talent for world building and incredible knack for quirky, unusual characters. Simply said, I am amazed by all she has invested as time and imagination in creating a vivid, thrilling, all consuming fantasy world. For the first time in years, I am able to continue reading Academy series. Usually no matter how strong a beginning is, my interest is totally lost on the 2nd or 3rd book. But that didn't happen here. The 3rd installment of the story is a testament how important is trust when you are building a relationship with another person and even more so when there are more than 2 people involved. Ava is learning crucial for her survival life lessons in a way that show her impressive personality growth. But she isn't the only one who has to face a lot of challenges. Erritt, Harper and Skye have there own battles. And when we add to that the increasing attacks all over Exerin Mi, Ava's life and that of her guardians turn into a complicate jigsaw puzzle, they all have to navigate, connect the pieces correctly in order to survive and be one step ahead.
The book drew me in from the start when I looked at the cover and saw the first guiding sentence. Later, when I was totally, absolutely enthralled by the story, I found out more about the symbolic meaning of the 8 threads and colorful pins. There is nothing left to chance and the the author has built one enchanting, magnificent world where elements of lore seamlessly co-exist with omegaverse ones.
But let's start with the beginning and what got me so hyped up : “Destiny weaves a tale of unbreakable bonds.”
Yes, exactly! Unbreakable bonds, bittersweet moments, found family, loss and gain, one unforgettable first touch of Love, Strength and resilience - to find the one spark of hope and thirst to live that will help you get back on your feet when the blows keep coming and try to keep you down.
One of my favourite moments of the story was at the very beginning when the author has described how initially Jay and Nix found each other - it's this incredible, exhilarating feeling of finding your first love; these untainted, innocent and sweet first moments of glances, holding hands and figuring out all the confusing signals your body is giving. So precious and so intense!
And exactly these moments were the ones that kept Nix afloat and gave him the spark of hope, that there is something good in the world, even if it wasn't meant for him, that helped him survive and go on while the world he knew crumbled around him and darkness claimed all the happiness and all he loved, leaving behind smoking ruins and waves of pain.
This story is like a colorful rug, where splashes of all the good and all the bad, leave unique imprints on Nix' soul and life.
Centered in the very fabric of this rug are the beating hearts of all the main characters that gave the plot its unique flavor and taste.
Threads of Fate is a polyamory story - there is enough love for everyone and no one is left behind. The diversity of personalities, described on page is really intriguing and impressive. And not only that, but while I read, I saw tantalizing glimpses of this world, where humans and Weres live in a precarious balance, together physically, but divided by the nature of who they are, two societies, dancing on a razor thin edge of delicate co existing. In this world, the Weres have forgotten about their true essence and who they are as children of the Moon. And the more they forget, the further away they get from their dual nature to the point when Omegas are non existent, mythological creatures and Enigma alphas are close to extinction. Threads of dark and light are masterfully woven in the story, giving the plot line intensity and rich, potent undertones of impending crash of epic proportions. In this particular context, what happened to Nix, isn't just a personal drama, but shows how much the Were society have sunk into the darkness and how alarmingly thin the balance between humans and Weres has become, almost to a breaking point.
And back to another of my favorite things - Nix as a character. He is the brightest, sunniest Vanilla flavoured wonder of a person - one of these people you know are fictional, but you wish they were real, because their simple presence make you smile and feel good. He is the heart of Threads of fate and the story is built around the trauma he went through, his healing and Finally!, finding that the world indeed has love and good in store for him too - not only pain, humiliation and despair. The love and good are these other 7 people that thought their special 8th was taken prematurely from them before they were given a chance to get to know him. But Fate obviously has other plans and I can't wait to see the continuation of Nix' story.
Magic, violence, suspense and erotica all rolled in one, count me in! I am a fan of Chained
in Darkness and love the deliciously filthy undertones of Bella's writing. There is a grain of raw eroticism in almost everything I have read from his books so far. Add to that original and in depth world building, carefully crafted details of all paranormal societies and the picture is more than intriguing. What really surprised me because I didn't find it , was the usual grittiness, the bloody violent streaks that color his books. Being a first one in a series, means the world building will probably expand and will bring even more thrilling elements. This book in particular is the story of the lion shifter Sage and the mage Adrian. Sage is a mobster, that rules his dark empire ruthlessly, using without hesitation all the instruments and resources at his disposal to achieve every goal he sets his eyes on. But beneath the impeccable, insanely expensive suits is hiding a heart with a core of gooey marshmallow. For the people loyal to him, his lion's heart is beyond protective and generous. Adrian is supposed to be his total opposite. He is trying to always stay on the bright side of the law in his investigations as a private eye and works pro bono when the people are in need of help but can't afford his services. The problem is that he barely scrapes the bottom of survival and is always broke. Sage and Adrian's lifestyles are a cosmos away from each other when something happens/no spoiler what/ and their paths collide. Here is actually the weak point that left me in need of more depth, resistance and darker hues. Adrian easily accepted the sudden turn in his life and even bent a little his moral standards to meet Sage halfway while they started to build a life together. Despite his so proclaimed and shiny moral compass, Adrian quite comfortably settled in his new life, enjoying the luxuries provided by Sage's money. Of course, the logical question is, would he have been so susceptible and willing to compromise if Sage's limitless connections and money weren't in the picture!?! The story shows in a quite interesting way that white isn't so white, black isn't always pitch tar black, everything has a price and the only question left is what and how much are they willing to pay!?! Definitely going to read the next books and see the development.
I received an ARC and this is my honest opinion.
Beautiful, beautiful submission! The new installment of The Residency boys is focused on the way the internal bonds between Mr. Moreau, Damian, Mr Reevesworth and Collin deepen, strengthen and develop. Collin is not only learning to submit to his chosen Dominants! He is learning to trust and rely on them, which is a constant struggle for a boy that grew up believing that there is no one to catch him if he falls, so he is incredibly independent, strong and distrustful. For the first time in his life, Collin has a stable, supporting environment and that shows - he is like a flower finally ready to bloom and give the most precious gift to the people who saved him from self destruction - unconditional love.
This story holds the perfect blend of heartfelt moments - unforgettable, touching and sweet, in combination with the heady feeling of shared intimacy, the exhilarating sense of something life changing and the right amount of angst and self exploration. For the first time since the series started, I, as a reader, felt the shift in the dynamic between the 4 main characters. From just 4 people, living together, trying to find balance, struggling with who is who in their household, they formed a real quad. The story had a new thread of peace, contentment and harmony despite the external threats and challenges. And Collin was the one who brought back the feel of light, warmth and hope in the lives of the people, he loves the most.
Thank you, Ciara, for this wonderful story!
House of Marchese is really a kick-@ss series. It hasn't only taken my breath away/ that's because of how much I laughed, yelled, cursed
Seriously!?!Where have you been while I was searching for everything you have hidden in this amazing omegaverse story! I loved the whole concept behind your world building, the flawless execution and your original ideas - not pre established pack - excellent; omega, raised in a lab and subjected to a certain conditioning - intriguing; underground fights to death and alphas, trained in captivity in a way that nullifies their humanity - omg, yes; creating a pack of outcasts and personalities that logically should cancel each other's compatibility - Atta, girl!! I had amazing time reading this story that started like medium level of dark and slowly moved to a lighter ending.
O-4, as she was known in the facility, where she was raised or Rose as she was named later, was an incredibly strong survivor. Watching her personal growth and all the trauma she went through, was a heady combination between fascinating, disturbing and humbling thought-provoking experience. And when finally Rose was free, life gave her yet another challenge to tackle. A challenge she embraced bravely with all her heart, love and acceptance - not only her scent matches weren't in one pack, they were like different stars in a galaxy - loners and feral alphas. But with Omega like Rose, as the beating heart of this misfit pack, nothing seemed impossible. Step by painful step, our little firecracker of a girl, managed to unite them all. Colt, Luka, Kye, Zane, Uno and finally Liam had their own unique stories to tell, their own internal battles and wounds to heal.
I loved seeing the open communication on page, the internal monologues of the different characters and the way the story was presented from different POVs. All of them combined, gave the book depth, richness and unparalleled sense of togetherness, because the bonds they all forged between each other were tested in trials, fails and bitter life lessons. But once the trust finally settled like a mantle over them all and all secrets, insecurities and mistakes were revealed and dealt with, Colt, Luka, Kye, Zane, Uno and Liam made a united front, unbreakable and solid. It wasn't easy to accomplish but with Rose's patience and unconditional love, a dream became a reality.
Brilliant, exciting, intense, emotional continuation of a wonderful series of books!
I have read every one of them and keep going.
Every great Romance ends with, ‘I love you'....But may be in real life, nothing is always so simple and straightforward...
Such an amazing series - with all the colourful characters, emotions and twists, needs a finale on the same spectacular level. And this final story delivers the most delicious icing on the proverbial cake. The Honeycomb Pack is a perfect match to pair with the most elusive, intriguing alpha that exists - Finn Visser. It's a glass of aged wine that no one can resist - simply exquisite and of such fine quality that the taste lingers in your throat like an unforgettable memory. The members of the pack are interesting too, albeit on a less intense level, but ultimately we can't have all the extreme levels of awesomeness and allure in one place. My softest spot were the way Emily and Soren clicked together from the start, paving the path to the healing of all the fractures in the Honeycomb pack. Every book in the Billionaires in heat series has something that shines brightly. There is such a fascinating kaleidoscope of characters in these stories, that I feel like I'm watching a constellation of stars. And each star is unique and beautiful in its own way.
To return to the present story - mind, soul and body - Emily, Derek, Creed, Langston, Finn, Soren were simply glowing perfection. The story unfolded magnificently on page, leaving behind searingly hot memories and the lasting sense of wholeness, rightness and absolute harmony.
Do you know what a story, dripping delicious sweetness is? That's Milo and Xavi in a nutshell and so much more. Without realizing it or more like avoiding to think about it, they have crossed the lines of brotherly love long before they hooked up in real life. I am giving them an A+ for all the light and fun they gave me while I was reading their story. No matter how much they tried to stay away from each other, it was an uphill battle - like two planets on a path of inevitable collision. And not only that but the twist with their online chat was so entertaining. I am not going to spoil all the entertainment. If you want funny and sweet brocest with all the forbidden kisses and all the heart-touching cuddles, that's an excellent choice to start with! Enjoy!
This is really a kick-@ss series !House of Marchese not only took my breath away/ that's because of how much I laughed, yelled, cursed
Omg, after reading All I fear by Abrianna Denae and some of the books in Vendetta series by Leigh Kenzie, I never thought dark, mafia romance can get any better! It seemed impossible but No! I shouldn't have doubted even for a second those devious minds that seamlessly combined their work. It's brilliant, glittering darkness, pure reading delight incarnate! Yes, it's Destruction on a mind bending level because the intensity, the spice, the new twists are incredibly crafted and the characters from both series masterfully blended. Hard times have befallen the Amato and the Martelli families, testing the bonds of their love, loyalty, strength and survival skills. The question is will they emerge stronger than ever or crack under the pressure. I loved the plot line and unexpected new connections as well as seeing Roman step up in his new role. The shift in the personal dynamics and the way new temptations, revelations and feelings reflected in the everyday life of both families, was a real thrill to read. The cliffhanger at the end was a little bit anticlimactic, after the high adrenaline from the reading, but I am already hooked and waiting the continuation of this unhinged madness, doubled in size.
p.s - 5 stars are not enough! It's a lot more.
Reading this book was like swimming in a sea of pain and grief. I'm not a swimmer, so the struggle was courageous. Even though the story wasn't too dark, the intensity of everything happening on page was palpable. It delves into some really heavy topics - rejection, unhealthy obsession, jealousy, stalking, selfishness. They are refracted through the author's point of view in a way that provokes the reader's thinking and all of their senses, leaving behind even more unanswered questions : “What does it mean ‘‘I love you but I can't share''? Would Hazel have helped all the other people at risk if she hadn't been rejected? Is her change genuine, or is it just a crutch to help her cope with her own hopeless situation? What would have happened if Soren and Hazel's positions were reversed? The plot is very well built and intriguing- two Omegas, who needed time for personal growth, one broken dysfunctional pack, ravaged by regret, fears, doubts and trust issues. And the cherry of the cake - a serial killer that threatens to tear in shreds the little what's left. For the first time I can say I liked a book with so many unlikeable characters - controversial, yes, but unforgetable. I cherish the fact that the author dared to build a story, using the uglier side of pack life, because sometimes all the money and influence in the world can't buy love, happiness and a Pack to call your own.
This is just further confirmation that the queen of the explosive and deadly, action-packed MM romance knows how to draw the reader into the fictional worlds she creates, and they will be convinced to stay there willingly and wait for more. Once again, the moral greyness of the characters is expertly spun into an addictive, gripping, fast-paced, flawless cycle of unexpected twists and turns. Nothing special is one of my favorite series without a parallel and it still keeps a leading position. And this, I am sure is going to be another golden series. I loved the cameo of Ex and Meridian. It's even more than that, seamlessly woven into the new story line with the new couple of assassins - The Browns - Mirage and Grace. And together they deliver their own “flavour of medicine” when the worst of humanity has to be swiftly removed from the picture. The slow build up of the romance between the characters doesn't mean the chemistry wasn't boiling underneath, waiting to explode. And when that happened, it was 100% worth the way. So I am waiting the continuation impatiently and can't wait to see where it will lead.
