so many characters we follow over decades - the characters kids kids kids kid and so on. Interesting but boring... it's just a family doing family stuff

can't stand the writing and it was tough to finish. I just know if this book was written in a style i liked, i wouldve loved it

Kings scariest villain yet. Ten thousand times scarier than Pennywise.

3.75 stars

Ellen hopkins is one of my favourite authors but this book wasn't my favourite but still extremely good. It had me shaking.

genuinely tense and nerve-wracking.

Also the ending...

hmmm don't know what to think of this.

I have a sister who is Aboriginal and i know some members of her tribe, they still face discrimination to this day but Aboriginal Australians remain the best people on earth.
Truly the most beautiful culture and people

The mum and dad in this story need to be WHOOPED

Amanda messed up at the end

Josh was just a little rat but he redeemed himself

Petey was a crusty little white dog but tolerable

In conclusion: Josh remains the only good character in this book - what a king

weirdly written and weird but not in a good way

Jane Austen and me got major beef at this point

(read in korean, not french, edition just isn't available)

이 책은 나를 거의 울게 만들었다 ! ! 네, 나는 24살이야... 하지만... 나는 아기야

got bored at the library and picked up this kids book to pass time... all i gotta say is that this book had me raging for 37 pages, i know kids books are meant to teach life lessons but by god i wanted to kill the T-rex in this book and i'm happy he didn't get his happy ending

한 입만? 거짓말...

3.75 but i'm iffy about the book rn and i might lower to a 3.5 idk
Great story telling but very very very repetitive, it got too much at some points.
The main character was really annoying at times and yes her haircut did suck

it was reaaaally good until the last 60 pages so now it's just a solid 3 star book, i will be reading the sequels as i think this author can write really good (attractive) male characters... yep that's the only reason

it was cute, adorable and whatnot and the characters felt more real to me in 30 pages then what any other author can write in a 5 book series but i wish it had more horror.
It felt like a filler story but it was good!

anya <3333333 my child <3333333

reading this well into the pandemic has made me realise how much life has changed for everyone since 2020... like its crazy

was a 4 star book until the last 60 or so pages, end was rushed and had no emotion to it (imo)

Stephen King needs to write a book like this book, i would die for a King book about a sniper ! ! !

books set in Australia are always one of a kind to me as its my home and reading books set in australia is a huge comfort

characters were great but story... ehhh

traumatising ass book.
loved it but hope to never read it again

cool concept and all but it's the second book i've read from this author where the characters become empty personalities half way through the book. There is no character development but instead a switch between the character they were and the character you want them to grow into in an instant
