I gave up after two hours, the n-word is just used too much. It's not like this was written in 1857, this was 1982. Even if you want to be historically accurate you could just use it in the dialog, but no, even the descriptions use it.

I really liked the first half, but it falls apart at the end.

I feel like it would have been twice as good if it were half as long...

My least favorite of the trilogy, FAR too much time is spent just describing people just running around with a real lack of actual plot.

Pirates, Space Marines, interplanetary intrigue, crowd funding a spaceship to find a kidnapped girl, and Vomit Zombies... What more do you want in a book?
