The final in the series, probably my least favourite, I just couldn't buy in to Atretes and Rizpah's relationship- so many unhealthy traits in them
Both, it seems like quite a toxic relationship, although I'll admit to seeing it through 21st century eyes.
Other than that it was good to pick up the characters stories and see the different strands of the story coming together.

Really struggled to connect and get in to this book. Almost didn't finish

I enjoyed this book, quirky and intriguing.

Such an odd book. 400+ pages of nothing really happening

a wonderful history of a part of the world that i dont often learn about. thank you for educating me.
