This poetry book tackles some important aspects, such as anxiety. Like with every poetry book, there were poems I really loved and poems I didn't fully connect with.
Overall, I did like the writing style of the poems and the messages they carried, so I'm giving this poetry collection 3,5 out of 5 stars.
Let me tell you, every time I'm in a reading slump one of Davina Stone's books find me and pulls me out of that slump.
As always in Stone's books, The Felicity Theory deals with important topics such as (TW!!) grief, cancer, OCD (in a way). I think Felicity and Oliver were such realistic characters. They both had their own demons from the past they deal with, but they really empowered each other.
I really loved reading this book! The main character - Zoe - is such a strong woman. I think the problems she's dealing with are realistic. I also thought Levi was a loveable character and even though that sounds like a cliché: he was different than other man characters I've read about before. Together, Zoe and Levi make a great team, which I loved.
There's also a mystery element in the book. I thought this was so exciting to read and the ending of the book really surprised me!
Overall, this was such a lovely book to read. Once you get into the story, it's hard to stop reading!
