See allI rather enjoyed the Wall Street drama, though i was hoping the Escape Room would play a larger role.
I liked the switching narrative between the group and Sarah, although it definitely made the plot points easier to predict. Which I feel is a big loss in this genre. You lose a lot of necessary steam in Thrillers if you can see what is coming.

I wanted smut and something that was even I modicum of improvement over Fifty Shades and it's How-To Guide to Abusive relationships.
God knows how I finished this and the sequel, considering both required such an extensive suspension of belief that I'm surprised I believe in anything anymore.

It is a slight improvement on Fifty Shades, and not nearly as abusive (though still hardly a healthy relationship). But it was interesting to see two fuck ups in their prime.
The plot twists in the beginning were fantastic and compelling. However, they set up a momentum that the book couldn't keep up with, so it became least captivating and more predictable towards the end.
Nice take on an old plot style. Possibly a little predictable, but it still has you guessing most of the way through.
