Audio version is nice because you get the impersonations of Elwes. A bit over the top in terms of the praise he gives to his colleagues which makes it feel a bit fake, but there are some really interesting bits on the filming and casting and production that provide insight into what seems like a really interesting process.

Quick read and delightful escapism. The book keeps enough hidden to provide an engaging story but not so much that it seems ridiculous. The book is especially delightful when you make everyone about 10 years older in your mind.

Some of the stories are good, some not to my taste. Too many not to my taste.

Solid Pratchett. Not an complicated plot but wonderful all the same

A retelling of snow white and rose red set in Elizabethean set with Faerie and other mischief. Well written and a good read. Moves along without dragging but also not gripping in a way that you can't put it down (perfect for my needs at the moment).

Not at all like what Wrede is best known for (Enchanted Forest series or Celia and Kate series) but a good read as long as you don't expect that.
